Richardson Moves from White House to FTC

Professor Rashida Richardson ’11, who is on leave from the law school to serve in the Biden admin- istration, has joined the Federal Trade Commission as attorney advisor to Chair Lina Khan.

Richardson previously served as a senior policy advisor for data and democracy in the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, where she advised on policy interventions and regulatory strategies within her area of expertise: the social and civil rights implications of AI and related data-driven technologies.
