At the American Society of Legal History conference in Philadelphia in October, Professor Kara Swanson was a featured commentator on the panel “Women’s Rights Beyond the Nineteenth Amendment: An Analysis of Federal and State Legal Reforms for Bodily and Political Autonomy.”
